How do you administer share portfolios?
Through Praemium, with the capital gains tax processing optimised. You also get access to the Praemium client portal, and we prepare lender-ready financial information when a bank or broker needs a clear picture of your position.
What happens if I need a specialist you do not provide?
We introduce you to trusted professionals: licensed finance brokers, registered liquidators, and other specialists as the matter needs. We stay involved as your first point of contact so you are not handed off and left to manage it alone.
Can you refer me to a finance broker?
Yes. We prepare the financial information a lender or broker will ask for, from up-to-date accounts to cash flow forecasts, and introduce you to a licensed finance broker. Credit assistance is licensed work the firm does not hold a licence for, so the broker advises on the loan itself. What we add is an accountant's view of your whole position sitting behind the introduction, and we stay involved as your first point of contact.
What can you do if my business cannot pay its debts?
We advise on corporate and personal insolvency, set out the options including reconstruction, and prepare the financial picture the decision rests on. A formal appointment, whether voluntary administration or winding up, has to be taken by a registered liquidator, so that part is theirs and not ours: we bring in a registered liquidator or insolvency practitioner and work with them to maximise returns to stakeholders. We stay across the file rather than handing you over.
